REFUNDS

Once your order has been returned to us and is within accordance of our return policy a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Please note that the speed of a refund depending on your original mode of payment and the financial partner you are using.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order until an airway bill number (tracking number) has been created by our shipping provider. After this stage your order can no longer be cancelled. You can however make use of our 14 days’ return/exchange policy once you have received your order (see REFUNDS section). To cancel your order please email us to support@artisanandmonkey.com and include your name, address and order number.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

You have the right to return or exchange any/all products you have purchased directly from the Artisan & Monkey website within 14 days of receiving the items.

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same condition as when the product was received. Please note that removal of the plastic stopper on the watch crown voids any exchange or refund during the above-mentioned period.

A product may only be exchanged for a product of the same, or lesser, value. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, a return must be made and we will issue a full refund. You can place a new order for the correct item at your own convenience.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned or exchanged in a local retail store.

Kindly note that you may be subject to the shipping expenses that occur when returning the product(s) to us. However, in case of exchange, Artisan & Monkey will cover the shipping costs (if order value is above AED 300 (approx. $80 USD) when shipping the exchanged item to you. Artisan & Monkey does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
