HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The delivery time depends on the country, as well as the location within that country. We have partner with DHL and Aramex, two of the world’s leading logistics providers to provide you a timely and hassle free delivery experience. An order usually take 2-5 business days to reach you. Please note that in rare occasions an order is subject to additional customs procedures which might delay the delivery.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking code via email, enabling you to track the whereabouts and estimated delivery time of your order. To track your order please visit the DHL or Aramex website below and enter your tracking code:

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COST?

We offer worldwide free shipping on all watches and on every order above AED 300 (approx. $80 USD). This excludes any customs duties and import charges/taxes that may apply. These charges have to be borne by the customer.

For orders below this amount a shipping fee applies. The fee depends on the country to which the order will be shipped and excludes any customs duties/charges and import taxes. The shipping fee will be provided upon checkout before your credit card is charged. Please find below an overview of the shipping fees:

Please note that multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES

Please note that every country has its own import rules and regulations and customs duties. While our logistics providers and we do everything in our power to fully comply with local import regulations to ensure a smooth delivery experience to our customers shipments may be held by local customs authorities for additional inspections. Customs authorities also have the right to apply import duties and/or customs charges on shipments. These duties/charges cannot be controlled by us and therefore have to be borne by the customer. Together with our logistics partners we will provide our customers with all required documentation to support the customs clearance process. We ship to almost all countries on the planet. If you cannot select your country as an address upon checkout, please contact us at support@artisanandmonkey.com. Please note that we will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of United Arab Emirates.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT THE WAREHOUSE OR AT YOUR OFFICES?

We do delivery right your doorstep. Therefore, a pickup directly from our offices or warehouse is not possible.
